Although we only brought the Farm last year, we are busy expanding. The edition to the barn is almost complete and several new paddocks have been fenced. We are situated in a very rural part of western massachusetts. on 25 beautiful acres. In a great private location. At this time we have not only the horses, but dogs, cats and chickens as well. Our woods are teeming with wildlife, including deer, moose, fox, porcupine, fisher-cats and even a bear! That is all we’ve seen or seen evidence of so far! Our pond is alive with frogs that attempt to sing us to sleep! “Oh the quiet of the countryside”
Plans for the future is to become a residential unit. We would provide a short stay placement for those young people at risk of not completing their current placement. As a stop gap or respite situation for them to be able to get ”Back on Track” and continue on successfully to adulthood. We also provide boarding and training for a few privately owned horses.
